Jan my friend
reminds us to see;
“God’s pattern
and purpose –
and our part
in the weaving of the world”.
Beautiful words
embedded in Easter
true in every age,
including our own.
Each of us precious
in the world’s weaving –
people of dignity,
of tenderness,
of faith.
And this Easter
we cry out
that this would be real
for our hurting world
in its sacred beauty
and infinite goodness.
For we affirm
the mystery of God
at the heart of humanity
in all our endeavours –
drawing our global family
once more
together in love.
