The fellowship team will be providing a soup and sandwich lunch on Sunday 23rd February in the McLaren Halls after the service. Come along and enjoy a bowl of tasty home-made soup, some sandwiches and a blether with your Church friends. All are welcome.
The Heart of a Community: History Exhibition
After 143 years as a place of worship and a hub for the local community, Leith St. Andrew’s Church at the bottom of Easter Road closed in December 2024. Over the next couple of weeks there will be various events organised by Leith St Andrew’s Trust where you can hear about the history of the building and its significance to the Leith community then, now and into the future.
There are a number of events which are all free and take place in the main Sanctuary. All are welcome to attend.
Launch Night: Friday 21st February, 6-9pm | Be the first to see the exhibition and meet the team behind the project.
Exhibition Open House: Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd February, 12-3pm | Drop in at any point and explore at your leisure.
Panel Event with Guest Speakers: Wednesday 26th February, 7-9pm (free but ticketed via Eventbrite) | Join us for an evening discussion of church and community history with local experts.
